By booking or using any services from 54 Car Rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Minimum age: 25 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license.
License: Must be valid and current for the duration of the rental.
Insurance: All drivers must have valid insurance or agree to purchase third-party coverage.
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental.
Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, Cash App, Zelle, or other approved methods.
Deposit refund processing may take 3–5 business days after return and inspection.
Rental period starts and ends at the agreed date and time.
Late returns may incur a fee unless prior notice is given.
Vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, or any illegal activity.
Only registered drivers on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
Renters are responsible for any fines, tolls, or tickets during the rental period.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Refueling fees may apply if returned below starting level.
We offer pickup at our Miami location or delivery at an added fee.
Delivery charges vary by distance and must be confirmed before final booking.
54 Car Rental ensures regular maintenance and inspections.
In case of a breakdown, contact our support line immediately. We’ll assist with repair or replacement.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Renter is liable for damage caused by negligence, unauthorized use, or failure to comply with these terms.
54 Car Rental is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.
We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the latest version.
